My Top 10 Essential Oils

A lovely digestive aid, easing nausea. Has both warming & cooling actions, helping to alleviate pain - headache, joint pain, muscle pain. Its decongestant properties also make it a nice addition to cold & flu blends! Enhances concentration & our receptive capacity.

German Chamomile is wonderful for use in skin care! (slow healing wounds, eczema) Also for inflammatory conditions of the muscles & joints. Alternatively, there is Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) which is useful in relieving muscle spasm & has strong sedative effects. Lovely to use with children. Cooling, soothing, & promotes acceptance.

Difficult to pick just one! But one of my personal favourites to use in leg massage to stimulate lymphatic circulation is: Geranium, Juniper Berry, Cedarwood + a hint of Lemon to brighten & Vetiver to ground!
